From the M42 J11, take the B5493 towards Measham.
Proceed for approx 2 miles, down the hill into Measham, past the Car Auctions on the left, past DFS and at the traffic lights, turn left.
Then take the third turn left into the Westminster Industrial Estate and then take the first immediate left into the first unit cluster on your left. Travel forwards for around 30 yards, and then turning left, double back around to the left and the CMAT units are the last on the right. - Units 10 & 11.
